From Wednesday 4 April 2018 three new Urgent Treatment Centres will be opening in , and along with two 8 to 8 Centres in and . These new services will replace the current Minor Injury Units in Bridlington, Beverley, Driffield, Goole, and Withernsea. If you have an urgent injury that is not serious, life or limb threatening, then your nearest Urgent Treatment Centre or 8 to 8 Centre can provide assessment, advice and/or treatment. You can walk into an Urgent Treatment Centre. However, you do need to book an 8 to 8 appointment by ringing NHS 111. The information opposite gives you details on the opening times of the new Urgent Treatment Centres and 8 to 8 Centres, along with the date and times the old Minor Injury Units will permanently close in each local area. If you are unsure, contact NHS 111. BEVERLEY Urgent Treatment Centre opening Hours of opening Minor Injury Unit closing Beverley Urgent Treatment Centre From 4 April 2018 Tuesday 3 April at 5pm East Riding Community Hospital 7am – 11pm Beverley Minor Injury Unit Swinemoor Lane 16 hours a day will close permanently Beverley Seven days a week and transfer to an Urgent HU17 0FA 365 days a year Treatment Centre on Walk-in service available Wednesday 4 April at 7am

East Riding Community Hospital will continue to provide planned, non-urgent care for local people. BRIDLINGTON Urgent Treatment Centre opening Hours of opening Minor Injury Unit closing Bridlington Urgent Treatment Centre From 4 April 2018 Tuesday 3 April at 9pm Bridlington & District Community 7am – 11pm Bridlington Minor Injury Hospital 16 hours a day Unit will close permanently Road Seven days a week and transfer to an Urgent Bridlington 365 days a year Treatment Centre on YO16 4QP Wednesday 4 April 2018 at Walk-in service available 7am

GOOLE Urgent Treatment Centre opening Hours of opening Minor Injury Unit closing Goole Urgent Treatment Centre From 4 April 2018 Goole Minor Injury Unit Woodland Avenue 7am – 11pm will become an Urgent Goole 16 hours a day Treatment Centre on DN14 6RX Seven days a week Wednesday 4 April 2018 Walk-in service available 365 days a year at 7am
