Información pública relativa a acotamiento de pastos en el monte “Sierra del Valledor, Valvaler y otros y montes de otros particulares, pueblo Villalaín, paraje Pozo Mujeres Muertas”, del concejo de Allande-Ibias (AI-008/2018).

De acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo 66 de la Ley 3/2004, de 23 de noviembre, de Montes y Ordenación Fo- restal, del Principado de Asturias, la Consejería de Desarrollo Rural y Recursos Naturales ha iniciado los trámites para proceder al acotamiento al pastoreo en el monte “Sierra del Valledor, Valvaler y otros y montes de otros particulares, pueblo Villalaín, paraje Pozo Mujeres Muertas”, concejo de Allande-Ibias por un período de diez (10) años contado desde el 2 de noviembre de 2017, fecha en la que se extinguió el incendio, por lo que se somete a información pública la pro- puesta de acotamiento de 387,96 hectáreas en dicho monte. La zona a acotar, de la que se adjunta plano anejo, afecta a la superficie arbolada quemada de las siguientes parcelas y recintos SIGPAC:

El período de acotamiento podrá ser revisado, de oficio o a instancia de parte, una vez transcurrido un año desde la fecha de extinción del incendio. De conformidad con lo dispuesto en el art. 83.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común, el expediente se somete a información pública pudiendo ser examinado en horario de oficina de lunes a viernes de 9.00 a 14 horas en el Servicio de Montes durante un plazo de veinte días hábiles a contar desde el siguiente a esta publicación (Edificio Administrativo de Servicios Múltiples, calle Trece Rosas, 2, 3.ª planta) y presentar, por escrito las alegaciones que estime oportunas, en la forma prevista en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régi- men Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común.
