The Commission may also nominate person(s) of eminence particularly having specialization in electricity sector to the committee as and when desired.

BIHAR GAZETTE (EXTRA), 16TH JULY 2014 3 Secretary of the Commission shall be Ex-officio secretary of the Committee. The objects of the SAC shall be as per provisions of petition 88 of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003. The Committee members except Ex-officio members shall be entitled for a fee of Rs. 500/- (five hundred) per meeting. Other terms and conditions of the member of SAC shall be governed by the provisions of Bihar State Advisory Committee Regulation, 2005.
