OFFERED FOR ESTABLISHMENT OF A MULTIFUNCTIONAL SPORTS, RECREATION AND HOLIDAY CENTRE The site is situated in Czêstochowa, between the streets: Jadwigi, Inowroc³awska, Huculska and Orawska. Owner: City of Czêstochowa Area: 37 ha Legal status: settled Property description: the area is situated west of the Monastery of Jasna Góra with good transport connections to all city districts and to the main roads leading from Czêstochowa to Poznañ and Opole. Good public transport service available to the site. In the grounds there are three water reservoirs and there is a park established in the surrounding area. The site serves now as a summer swimming and recreational facility. The area is partly developed (with access roads, utilities, planted trees, sports equipment and a small catering establishment).
