Joshua Eilberg Asks that a Presidential message be sent to John T. Mladjen who will be honored on Nov 15 on the occasion of his retirement as Principal of the Shallcross Residential School.

Ron de Lugo Recommends that Theodore P. Pritsker be appointed to the Board of Directors of the Nat'l Institute of Building Science.

Bob Dole Says that family farmers have suffered severely from the extended depression in the livestock industry; urge that eligibility guidelines be liberalized to include family farmers in the emergency livestock credit program.

Edmund Muskie Urges the President to remove promptly the personnel ceiling on the Farmers Home Administration; processing of loans from Maine applicants can take up to six months because of shortage of personnel.
