Annual wage 2,964,600 JPY (1,482,000PHP) (without night shift) 3,260,000 JPY （1,630,000 PHP) (with night shift)
¥173,000 /m and other allowances as well as biannual Wage condition bonuses Allowances：Government subsidized Caregivers’ Allowance ¥30,000/m, Night shift allowance ¥5,000/shift (average 5 night shifts/m), Uniform ¥800/m Bonuses: 3 months/year in average payment

Learning space at site with computers and Wi-Fi environment One hour paid leave for learning per day (22 hours leave for 176 working hours/month) Japanese learning by Japanese language teacher once a week Two weeks Off-JT before getting work started including local information, Japanese culture and techniques and knowledge of professional caregiving Regular following up training of caregiving techniques and knowledge by “Sun Sun Training Center” and professionals of rehabilitation Support for learning of cargibing and national exam of caregivers at Sun Sun Traning Center Participation in Caregiving Technics Course to get exemption of skill test at national exam
