STATEMENT BY MINISTER CORRECTING ANSWER TO QUESTION

SHRI to lay on the Table, a Statement (in English and Hindi) correcting the answer to Unstarred Question 1852 given in the Rajya Sabha on the 11th August, 2010 regarding “RTI activists murdered/threatened in Delhi”.

PAPERS TO BE LAID ON THE TABLE

I. SECRETARY-GENERAL to lay on the Table, a statement (in English and Hindi) showing the Bills passed by the Houses of Parliament during the Two Hundred and Twenty-third Session of Rajya Sabha and assented to by the President.

II. SHRI RAJEEV SHUKLA to lay on the Table, under sub-clause (a) of clause (2) of article 123 of the Constitution, a copy (in English and Hindi) of the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Amendment Ordinance, 2011 No.3 of 2011, promulgated by the President on the 25th October, 2011.

III. SHRI JYOTIRADITYA MADHAVRAO SCINDIA to lay on the Table— (i) A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers, under Section 19 of the Marine Products Export Development Authority Act, 1972:—

(a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA), Kochi, for the year 2010-11, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts. (b) Review by Government on the working of the above Authority.

(ii) A copy each (in English and Hindi) of the following papers:—

(a) Annual Report and Accounts of the Central Manufacturing Technology Institute (CMTI), Bangalore, for the year 2010-11, together with the Auditor's Report on the Accounts.

(b) Statement by Government accepting the above Report.

(i) One Hundred and Fifty-second Report on Action Taken by Government on the recommendations/observations contained in the 136th Report on Revamping and Revitalization of Civil Defence in the country; (ii) One Hundred and Fifty-third Report on the Action taken by the Government on the recommendations/observations contained in the 135th Report on Border Fencing and Floodlighting Projects along Indo-Pak Border; (iii) One Hundred and Fifty-fourth Report on the Border Security Force (Amendment) Bill, 2011; and (iv) One Hundred and Fifty-fifth Report on the Enemy Property (Amendment & Validation) Second Bill, 2010. ————
