1. FURTHER CONSIDERATION of the following motion moved by The Marriage Shri Salman Khursheed on the 30th April, 2012:–– Laws (Amendment) “That the Bill further to amend the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and the Bill, 2010. Special Marriage Act, 1954, be taken into consideration.

SHRI SALMAN KHURSHEED to move that the Bill be passed.

2. SHRI SALMAN KHURSHEED to move that the Bill to lay down The Judicial judicial standards and provide for accountability of Judges, and, establish Standards and credible and expedient mechanism for investigating into individual complaints Accountability for misbehaviour or incapacity of a Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Bill, 2012. Court and to regulate the procedure for such investigation; and for the presentation of an address by Parliament to the President in relation to proceedings for removal of a Judge and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.

ALSO to move that the Bill be passed.
