Narayanasamy on the 29th March, 2012:–– Protection Bill, 2011. “That the Bill to establish a mechanism to receive complaints relating to disclosure on any allegation of corruption or wilful misuse of power or wilful misuse of discretion against any public servant and to inquire or cause an inquiry into such disclosure and to provide adequate safeguards against victimization of the person making such complaint and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.”

SHRI V. NARAYANASAMY to move that the Bill be passed.

4. SHRI ASHWANI KUMAR to move that the Bill to lay down judicial standards and provide for accountability of Judges, and, establish credible and The Judicial expedient mechanism for investigating into individual complaints for Standards and misbehaviour or incapacity of a Judge of the Supreme Court or of a High Court Accountability Bill, and to regulate the procedure for such investigation; and for the presentation of 2012. an address by Parliament to the President in relation to proceedings for removal of a Judge and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto, as passed by Lok Sabha, be taken into consideration.
