1. Rezoning Wiggington Dentistry Office Review Time: 9:00 (REZ1907-0002) 221 Wiggington Val. Map # 22611001 Trent Warner of Hurt & Proffitt, Inc., on behalf of Richard Oldham, has submitted a rezoning application and an application for a Future Land Use Map Amendment to rezone three and eighty-nine hundredths (3.89) acres from R-2, Low-Medium Density Residential, to B-1(C), Limited Business (Conditional) to allow for a dentistry office. (The rezoning fee of $691.75 is due and must be paid before TRC comments can be released.) 2. Site Plan Rivermont Apartments Parking Lot Review Time: 9:20 (SPR1907-0021) 301 Rivermont Val. Map # 02327002 Justin Fournier of Balzer and Associates, on behalf of Tony West, has submitted a preliminary site plan to build a parking lot. Approximately fifty-two hundredths (.52) of an acre will be disturbed. (The site plan review fee of $326.00 is due and must be paid before TRC comments can be released.) 3. Site Plan Lynchburg POP Review Time: 9:40 (SPR1907-0022) 6901 Richland Drive Val. Map # 24806003 Ryan Fletcher of NB+C, LLC, on behalf of Shenandoah Cable Television, LLC, has submitted a preliminary site plan to build an equipment shelter, meter bank, propane tank, and generator within an enclosed compound. Approximately one hundred six thousandths (.106) of an acre will be disturbed. (The site plan review fee of $305.30 is due and must be paid before TRC comments can be released.) Map # 23002011 Shentel Communications, LLC, has submitted a project that is mostly aerial but has a small part buried in the City right-of-way adjoining 2123 Lakeside Drive. This project starts on College Street with overlash of 70' to of Vernon and College, then 9,222’ of aerial fiber along Vernon Street, College Drive, and Lakeside to an AEP pole at 2123 Lakeside Drive, where it will riser down and then underground from that pole through the City right-of-way to 2123 Lakeside Drive. (There is no review fee for this project.) 7. Project Shentel Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0008) 1306 Stephenson Avenue Val. Map # 02723020 Shentel Communications, LLC, has submitted a project that is mostly aerial but with a small part buried in the City right of way adjoining 1306 Stephenson Avenue. This project starts on 12 Street with 145' of overlash to the intersection of 12th and Stephenson, then aerial and attach 543' along Stephenson, riser down at 1306 Stephenson and hand dig 60' to 1306 Stephenson. (There is no review fee for this project.)

8. Project Shentel Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0011) 1301 Park Avenue Val. Map # 01031001 Shentel Communications, LLC, has submitted a project that is mostly aerial but with a small part buried under 7th Street at 1301 Park Avenue. This project starts on 12 Street goes to Wise Street to Park Avenue then crossing 1301 Park Avenue to Floyd Street to 7th Street all aerially then buried in the City right-of-way and under 7th Street to the City right-of-way and continuing underground to 1301 Park Avenue. (There is no review fee for this project.) 9. Project Shentel Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0012) 600 Main Street Val. Map # 02432015 Shentel Communications, LLC, has submitted a project that is mostly aerial but with a small part buried in the City right-of-way on Commerce Street. This project starts on Washington Street and overlashed 1957' along Commerce Street; between 10th and 8th Street Shentel will pull fiber in existing Shentel conduit; then aerial down Commerce Street crossing south of 6th Street; riser down and bury on east side of Commerce Street to proposed handhole in grass median just south of 6th Street to existing building conduit at 600 Main Street. (There is no review fee for this project.) 10. Project Shentel Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0013) 2007 Memorial Avenue Val. Map # 00331003 Shentel Communications, LLC, has submitted a project that is mostly aerial but with a small part buried in the City right-of-way at and through City Property at 2007 Memorial Avenue. This project starts on Langhorne Road adjoining E. C. Glass High School overlash and crossing Memorial Avenue to AEP pole 105-7886; then along Memorial Avenue with new aerial to near Page Street; crossing Memorial Avenue aerially to AEP pole 150-832; riser down and then bore and trench along Memorial in grass strip, under the then across City property at 2007 Memorial Avenue. (There is no review fee for this project.) 11. Project Level 3 Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0009) 3911 Wards Road Suite E Val. Map # 25702007 Level 3 Communications, LLC, has submitted a project to install approximately 1,827’ of new aerial 48CT FOC from existing aerial splice case to proposed riser down pole adjacent to the subject site located at 3911 Suite E Wards Road. (There is no review fee for this project.) 12. Project Level 3 Fiber Optic Cable (PRJ1907-0010) 1200 Commerce Street Val. Map # 04603801 Level 3 Communications, LLC, has submitted a project to install approximately 75’ of new underground 24CT FOC from existing handhole to existing AEP Pole #105-C1-4049 and riser up approximately 25’. From AEP Pole #105-C1-4049 overlash 140’ of 24CT FOC to existing AEP Pole #105-C1-4014. Lash approximately 410’ of new 6.6M cable from existing AEP Pole #105-C1-4014 to existing AEP Pole and riser down approximately 25’. Install approximately 21’ of new underground 24CT FOC from existing AEP Pole to propose handhole-1. (There is no review fee for this project.)
