《2017 年道路交通 ( 交通管制 ) ( 修訂 ) 規例》 Road Traffic (Traffic Control) (Amendment) Regulation 2017

( 由運輸及房屋局局長根據《道路交通條例》( 第 374 章 ) 第 11 條訂立 ) (Made by the Secretary for Transport and Housing under section 11 of the Road Traffic Ordinance (Cap. 374))

1. 生效日期 1. Commencement 本規例自 2017 年 12 月 15 日起實施。 This Regulation comes into operation on 15 December 2017.

2. 修訂《道路交通 ( 交通管制 ) 規例》 2. Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations amended 《道路交通 ( 交通管制 ) 規例》( 第 374 章，附屬法例 G) 現予 The Road Traffic (Traffic Control) Regulations (Cap. 374 sub. 修訂，修訂方式列於第 3 至 12 條。 leg. G) are amended as set out in sections 3 to 12.

本規例修訂《道路交通 ( 交通管制 ) 規例》( 第 374 章，附屬法 This Regulation amends the Road Traffic (Traffic Control) 例 G)，以—— Regulations (Cap. 374 sub. leg. G)— (a) 為港珠澳大橋香港連接路訂定某些交通標誌及道路 (a) to provide for certain traffic signs and road markings 標記； for the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Hong (b) 賦權運輸署署長 ( 署長 ) 致使或准許他人在道路上 Kong Link Road; 或道路附近，安裝和操作署長認為為以下目的而屬 (b) to empower the Commissioner for Transport to cause 必需的裝備：收集關於車輛及行人流動的資料，及 or permit another person to install and operate on or 控制及指揮車輛；及 near a road any equipment that the Commissioner (c) 作出相應修訂。 considers necessary for collecting information on vehicle and pedestrian movements, and controlling and guiding vehicles; and (c) to make consequential amendments.
