Wing Chun Made Easy Lesson 1a PAGE 13 Q: Why do you think the reason we do not stretch our feet’s muscles & tendons?

A: Because we can’t see our feet’s internal muscles & tendons.

For most people, don’t feel their foot muscles or tendons, until they are in pain.

Planter Fasciitis, arthritis & stubborn foot injuries that won’t go away, even after visiting a podiatrist or acupuncturist, can be prevented by properly stretching your feet’s muscles & tendons.

Wing Chun Made Easy Lesson 1a PAGE 14  The first step, you must stretch your feet & toes side to side, which

promotes superior circulation of the blood vessels.

 The next step, putting as much flesh of your feet into the ground,

stretches your feet’s muscles.

 The final step, gripping your toes to the ground, contracts &

locks your feet’s tendons.

Now Do You Feel Your Feet Plant Into The Ground?

Wing Chun Made Easy Lesson 1a PAGE 15 ~ BLOOD IS THE MOTHER OF CHI ~

“Veins Assist The Return Of Blood To Your Heart”

NOTE: Do you notice there are veins that run side to side internally inside your feet? Stretching your feet & toes regularly greatly improves your blood circulation.

Wing Chun Made Easy Lesson 1a PAGE 16 ~ THE ABDUCTOR HALLUCIS MUSCLE ~

“The Abductor Hallucis Muscle Connects All Your Toes”

The Abductor Hallucis Muscle runs horizontally just behind the webbings of your feet.

Stretching your feet side to side loosens & strengthens the Abductor Hallucis Muscle, which runs across your feet.

Stretching your Abductor Hallucis provides great stability & agility.
