Our Leadership Philosophy: Harnessing the Power of Play For the first decade of our lives “play” is vital for brain development, healthy relationships, problem solving, and creativity. Yet somewhere between childhood and the hectic demands of adulthood play gets sidelined- but everyone needs it to thrive! Participating in an exciting and fun (but challenging) new activity allows individuals and teams to access untapped potential, see alternate perspectives, and create a strong foundation for growth.
