Job Description We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, reliable and personable with a passion for photography, videography and social media. The duties of this position include, but are not limited to, covering Snow Valley events (promoting the event on both their personal account and the brand’s social channels) and taking photos and videos to be shared on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and the Snow Valley website.
This is a fun, fast-paced position for someone who LOVES social media as much as they love to ski and snowboard. The ideal candidate will either already have a strong social media presence or is determined to grow their digital presence alongside our ski resort company.

Duties and Responsibilities ● Promote Snow Valley events on various social media channels 2-4x a month ● Attend Snow Valley events and take photos and videos to be edited and shared on Snow Valley’s social media platforms ● Report live at Snow Valley events using Instagram and Snapchat story feature ● Live-tweet at Snow Valley events ● Help curate, edit and post engaging content on Snow Valley’s social media channels ● Communicate and engage with followers by responding to comments in a way that aligns with the Snow Valley brand, tone and voice ● Take and edit photos and videos to be shared on various social media channels ● Write creative captions for the accounts that you manage, while maintaining and ensuring tone consistency ● Post with accuracy, professionalism and integrity
Qualifications ● Some high school education ● Passionate about social media with some social media management and social media marketing experience ● Skilled in photography and videography ● A love for all things related to skiing and snowboarding
