A final guarantee must be confirmed within 72 business hours of your schedule event. No allowance will be made if attendance is less than the number guaranteed. In the event that the guarantee is not communicated within 72 business hours, you will be charged for the number of guests anticipated at the time of booking. If additional guests are in attendance, we will make every effort to accommodate such guests based on the contracted price, but cannot guarantee such accommodations.
