When determining quantities, there are two sizes of sandwiches typically served. For smaller sandwiches, served on our homemade Vienna rolls, we suggest 2 ounces of meat and cheese per sandwich and recommend 1 ½ sandwiches per person. For larger sandwiches, on our Butcher Buns, we recommend 3 ounces of meat or cheese per sandwich.
