KINKY PLOT

Thank you for your recent enquiry regarding our Kinky Boots costume plot. This document outlines our offering, pricing and terms and conditions. Should you have any further questions, please e-mail [email protected]

Please note we can only supply Kinky Boots as a package as outlined below. We do not part-hire any of our Kinky Boots or boots.

● The full Kinky Boots package is £3500 - there is no VAT payable. ● Prices quoted are based on a one week run of your production. Further weeks will be charged at 50% of the hire charge. ● We require an £800 deposit to confirm your booking along with a signed contract and copy of our terms and conditions. ● Your deposit is non refundable and subject to our terms. ● The full balance of your Kinky Boots must be paid before we can deliver your costumes. ● The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable should your production of ‘KINKY BOOTS’ be cancelled for any reason. ● If for whatever reason your dates change, we cannot guarantee our wardrobe will be available. If it is, we will happily change your booking, but if we are unable to do so your deposit will be forfeited and your booking cancelled. ● We strive to cater a wide variety of sizes but due to the nature of this production there are some restrictions as outlined below. If you have any questions or queries regarding this please contact us at ‘[email protected]’ ​ ​ ● Delivery and Collection charges will be added to your final invoice - please note we insist on fitting Kinky Boots ourselves and this is included in your delivery charge. ● The hirer is responsible for suitable transportation and storage of the wardrobe post-delivery. Please note Kinky Boots costumes MUST NOT be taken home by cast. ● We do not part-hire this production. The plot below outlines our costume package and we expect to provide everything that is listed below. ● Credit as costumier must be given on all literature using the wording ‘Costumes and Boots by DS DESIGN’ along with our website address: www.dsmithdesign.co.uk ​ ● Companies will ensure that our costumes are insured with the appropriate level of cover and with a company who is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, such as Noda Insurance. ● Loss/Damage: The hirer is responsible for covering any charges associated with damage or loss caused to our costumes during your use. Should such actions be necessary we will provide a detailed quote breaking down labour and material costs.

Costumes shown in green: Optional extras for larger productions that are priced at a surcharge. Each extra ‘Angel’ ​ package is charged at £300 and any additional ensemble finale boots are charged at £60
