[Comment: For dates on non-regulatory government publications, publications of recognized organizations and associations, federal rules, and federal statutory provisions referenced in this rule, see the last paragraph (C) of this rule titled "Incorporation by referenceReferenced Materials."] (A) Except as otherwise provided in this rule, the definitions in rule 3745-15-01 of the Administrative Code shall apply to this chapter. (B) As used in Chapter 3745-112 of the Administrative Codethis chapter. (1) "Adhesive" means any product that is used to bond one surface to another by attachment. Adhesive does not include products used on humans and animals, adhesive tape, contact paper, wallpaper, shelf liners, or any other product with an adhesive incorporated onto or in an inert substrate. For contact adhesive, construction, panel, and floor covering adhesive, and general purpose adhesive only, adhesive also does not include units of product, less packaging, which weigh more than one pound and consist of more than sixteen fluid ounces. This limitation does not apply to aerosol adhesives. (2) "Adhesive remover" means a product designed to remove adhesive from either a specific substrate or a variety of substrates. Adhesive removers do not include products that remove adhesives intended for use on humans or animals. (a) "Floor or wall covering adhesive remover" means a product designed or labeled to remove floor or wall coverings and associated adhesive from the underlying substrate. (b) "Gasket or thread locking adhesive remover" means a product designed or labeled to remove gaskets or thread locking adhesives. -

Fashion Trends 2016 U.S. & U.K. Report [email protected] Intro With every query typed into a search bar, we are given a glimpse into user considerations or intentions. By compiling top searches, we are able to render a strong representation of the population and gain insight into this population’s behavior. In our second iteration of the Google Fashion Trends Report, we are excited to introduce data from multiple markets. This report focuses on apparel trends from the United States and United Kingdom to enable a better understanding of how trends spread and behaviors emerge across the two markets. We are proud to share this iteration and look forward to hearing back from you. Olivier Zimmer | Trends Data Scientist Yarden Horwitz | Trends Brand Strategist Methodology To compile a list of accurate trends within the fashion industry, we pulled top volume queries related to the apparel category and looked at their monthly volume from May 2014 to May 2016. We first removed any seasonal effect, and then measured the year-over-year growth, velocity, and acceleration for each search query. Based on these metrics, we were able to classify the queries into similar trend patterns. We then curated the most significant trends to illustrate interesting shifts in behavior. COME NOW, Plaintiffs, who for their causes of action against Defendants, state and allege: INTRODUCTION 1. Inhalant abuse has been known and prevalent in the United States for decades. Many common household products are used to get high because they are cheap and easily accessible, such as aerosols, glue, cleaning fluids, and gasoline, as examples. 2. One type of inhalant that people commonly abuse to get high is computer dust remover sprays. These products are compressed gas in a can that are used to spray off dust and debris from whatever surface is being cleaned. However, they contain a gas—difluoroethane—that, if inhaled, causes the person to lose consciousness and control of the bodily movements nearly immediately. These dust removers are cheap and available at retail locations throughout the United States, meaning anyone with a few dollars can purchase the product to get high. Dust removers are popular among inhalant abusers, so much so that the companies who design, manufacture, distribute, and sell these products profit greatly as a result. Manufacturers, distributors, and sellers of dust removers— such as AW Distributing, Inc., Walmart Inc., Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Wal-Mart Stores East, LP, and Wal-Mart Stores East, LLC (collectively “Defendants”)—know that people inhale their dust removers to get high. -

Dressing for Success: Lawyers & Clothing in Nineteenth Century America M.H. Hoeflich* When I arrived at the Cravath law firm as a new associate in the autumn of 1979, I was surprised to discover at orientation that the firm would provide each new associate with a fairly sizeable credit at Brooks Brothers to assist us in purchasing a suitable professional wardrobe.1 We did not have great discretion in our choices; the firm had instructed Brooks Brothers that we were to purchase clothing from an approved list that set out what we should buy. For male associates there was a set number of suits of particular colors and material—a blue sport coat, a leather briefcase, etc. Female associates had a similar list with gender-appropriate differences. Thus, we were all to dress in the appropriate Cravath manner.2 Today, very few firms explicitly dictate the type or style of clothing their lawyers should wear. Many firms, particularly those outside the East Coast, even permit their lawyers a degree of flexibility in their dress so long as it is respectable (I would imagine that no firm, even today, would be happy if one of their lawyers appeared in a speedo, even on the hottest day). Indeed, this flexibility in expectations about dress may increase in the wake of the extensive telework that has been embraced in the midst of the current pandemic. However, many law firms still expect their lawyers to look “professional,” but the origins of what is considered appropriate dress for lawyers has been lost in the mists of time and very little is written about the subject today.3 Certainly, no lawyer or law professor would * John H. -
