French 75 Primary alcohol • Champagne by volume

Standard drinkware Champagne flute IBAspecified • 3 cl gin ingredients* • 2 dashes simple syrup • 1.5 cl lemon juice • 6 cl Champagne Preparation Combine gin, syrup, and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into an iced champagne glass. Top up with Champagne. Stir gently.

Mary Pickford IBA Official Cocktail Type Cocktail Primary alcohol by • Rum volume

Standard drinkware Cocktail glass

IBA specified • 6 cl white rum ingredients* • 6 cl fresh pineapple juice • 1 cl grenadine • 1 cl Maraschino Preparation Shake and strain into a chilled large cocktail glass

Sidecar IBA Official Cocktail

Type Cocktail Primary • Cognac alcohol by volume Served Straight up (without ice) Standard drinkware Cocktail glass IBAspecifi • 5 cl cognac ed • 2 cl triple sec ingredient • 2 cl lemon juice s* Preparatio Pour all ingredients into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well n and strain into cocktail glass!

Shake well n and strain into large cocktail glass. Notes This cocktail is a variant of the Sidecar Please note...the White Lady should have egg whites included. PLEASE shake vigorously!!!
