COMMENTS OF , INC., KSAZ LICENSE, INC., TVT LICENSE, INC., WAGA LICENSE, INC., WJBK LICENSE, INC., KTBC LICENSE, INC., KDFW LICENSE, INC., AND NEW DMIC, INC.

Fox Television Stations, Inc., KSAZ License, Inc., TVT License, Inc., WAGA License,

Inc., WJBK License, Inc., KTBC License, Inc., KDFW License, Inc., and New DMIC, Inc. (collectively “Fox”) hereby submit their comments filed in the above-referenced proceeding.1

Fox is the licensee of 28 full-power commercial television stations serving 18 different local

communities across the United States.

Fox supports the Commission’s proposal to allow stations terminating analog service on

June 12, 2009 to terminate any time on June 12th. Some Fox stations hope to turn analog off

during an on-air ceremony in news programming. Some may want to turn-off early that day, but

leave a slate up until midnight directing viewers to call the station or the FCC phone bank for

help. In addition, stations will have more personnel available on a Friday than on a Saturday to answer viewers’ questions.

Respectfully submitted,

FOX TELEVISION STATIONS, INC., KSAZ LICENSE, INC., TVT LICENSE, INC., WAGA LICENSE, INC., WJBK LICENSE, INC., KTBC LICENSE, INC., KDFW LICENSE, INC., AND NEW DMIC, INC.
