This claim is made for secondary transmissions of all audiovisual or audio works broadcast by the Fox Television Stations listed above including, without limitation:
(1) all locally produced programs including, without limitation, newscasts, public affairs and children's programming;
(2) all syndicated programs for which Fox is the copyright holder of exclusive exhibition rights against other broadcast stations carried by a cable system in the Station's market area as a distant retransmission, including but not limited to:
(a) various off-network, made-for-television, syndicated programs by film and tape;
(b) various motion pictures.
(3) all sports events; and
(4) the Stations'ntire broadcast day as a compilation.
