List of Approved Panel Physicians DELHI and PUNJAB

The U.S. Embassy in has authorized the physicians listed below of this notice to give medical examinations to visa applicants. Please make your own arrangements for examination by any physician on the list at least seven days before your immigrant visa appointment.

For each family member, you need to take the following things to your medical appointment:  Original appointment letter  Passport  Four recent photographs  All medical records, including regarding vaccinations, prior illnesses or treatments. You must discuss your medical history and current conditions, including, but not limited to pregnancy, diabetes, hypertension and other conditions and medications taken, with the physician.

These physicians are Indian citizens practicing locally, and the examination they give to visa applicants conforms to standards and terminology prescribed by the United States Public Health Service. Any attempt by the applicant to influence the physician’s medical judgment will reflect unfavorably on the visa application.

The physician may need four to seven days to prepare the results of your medical examination. You must collect the report from the physicians and bring it to Embassy on the day of your visa interview.

NOTE: Your visa interview will not be conducted if you do not have a completed medical report from the panel physician. In case of unexpected delays in processing of your medical report, please contact this office by email at: [email protected] to reschedule your appointment.

The following fees for physicians have been authorized by the U.S. Embassy New Delhi effective October 1, 2016.

**Adults 14 years and older: The examination includes Physical exam + Chest X-Ray + VDRL + Screening for Gonorrhea + TB testing, screening, and treatment as required by the Technical Instructions

** Children up to 14 years old: The examination includes the Physical Exam + the Mantoux tuberculin skin test + Tuberculosis test, screening, and any treatments required by the Technical Instructions.

The physicians who conduct medical examinations of visa applicants are required to verify that applicants have met certain vaccination requirements. If you have already received some or all of the required vaccinations, you should bring your previous vaccination records with you to your medical exam for verification and transfer to your international vaccination record.

Physicians at the panel sites listed below can determine which of the listed vaccinations are medically appropriate for you given your age, medical history, and current medical conditions, if any. Only vaccinations verified or administered at the panel sites listed below will be accepted by the Embassy.
