(2) In order to reduce the administrative burden on aircraft operators, Directive 2003/87/EC provides for one Member State to be responsible for each aircraft operator. Article 18a(1) and (2) of Directive 2003/87/EC contains the provisions governing the assignment of each aircraft operator to its administering Member State. The list of aircraft operators and their administering Member States (hereinafter "the list") should ensure that each operator knows which Member State it will be regulated by and that Member States are clear on which operators they should regulate. -

BAB III PEMBAHASAN A. Gambaran Umum Perusahaan 1. Sejarah Perusahaan PT. Wahana Sun Solo merupakan salah satu cabang perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang retail otomotif di Indonesia, yaitu PT. Nissan Motor Indonesia yang berdiri sejak tahun 2001 pada saat Nissan Motor Ltd bergabung dengan Renault (perusahaan mobil ternama asal Prancis). Sebenarnya Nissan memperkenalkan diri di Indonesia sejak tahun 60-an ketika nama Nissan masih memakai Datsun. Krisis global pada tahun 1998, Nissan mengalami krisis di seluruh dunia termasuk Indonesia. Krisis menjadikan Nissan membangun aliansi dengan Reanult dan mengembangkan produksi mereka bersama untuk memperbaiki keadaan kedua perusahaan tersebut. Pada tahun 2000 Nissan-Renault mencanangkan program jangka panjang yang dilaksanakan oleh semua cabang Nissan-Reanult di seluruh dunia. PT NMI berdiri sejak masa aliansi Nissan-Renault. bergabung dengan grup Indomobil untuk memudahkan pengembangan produksi. Hingga sejak saat ini Indomobil- Nissan mempunyai lebih dari 60 dealer di seluruh Indonesia. 22 Nissan memiliki assembly plant di daerah perindustrian di kota Karawang, Jawa Barat. Di era 60-an Nissan pertama kali masuk secara resmi ke Indonesia pada tahun 1969 dengan nama Datsun melalui Agen Tunggal PT Indokaya yang didirikan oleh H. Abdul Wahab Affan bersama dengan saudara-saudaranya. Jenis kendaraan yang diproduksi pada tahun itu adalah pick up, multi purpose (jip) dan sedan dengan produksi rata-rata 750 unit/bln yang dipasarkan di kota-kota terbesar di Indonesia. Kemudian pada tahun 1974 PT Indokaya memproduksi Datsun Sena yang penggunaan kandungan lokalnya mencapai 75% guna memenuhi anjuran pemerintah untuk menjalankan program lokalisasi bagi kendaraan roda empat. Produksi yang dihasilkan rata-rata 250 unit per bulan. Pada tanggal 14 April 1981, keagenan tunggal Datsun dipegang oleh PT Wahana Wirawan. -

RASG‐PA ESC/29 — WP/04 14/11/17 Twenty ‐ Ninth Regional Aviation Safety Group — Pan America Executive Steering Committee Meeting (RASG‐PA ESC/29) ICAO NACC Regional Office, Mexico City, Mexico, 29‐30 November 2017 Agenda Item 3: Items/Briefings of interest to the RASG‐PA ESC PROPOSAL TO AMEND ICAO FLIGHT DATA ANALYSIS PROGRAMME (FDAP) RECOMMENDATION AND STANDARD TO EXPAND AEROPLANES´ WEIGHT THRESHOLD (Presented by Flight Safety Foundation and supported by Airbus, ATR, Embraer, IATA, Brazil ANAC, ICAO SAM Office, and SRVSOP) EXECUTIVE SUMMARY The Flight Data Analysis Program (FDAP) working group comprised by representatives of Airbus, ATR, Embraer, IATA, Brazil ANAC, ICAO SAM Office, and SRVSOP, is in the process of preparing a proposal to expand the number of functional flight data analysis programs. It is anticipated that a greater number of Flight Data Analysis Programs will lead to significantly greater safety levels through analysis of critical event sets and incidents. Action: The FDAP working group is requesting support for greater implementation of FDAP/FDMP throughout the Pan American Regions and consideration of new ICAO standards through the actions outlined in Section 4 of this working paper. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 1318/2014 of 11 December 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 474/2006 establishing the Community list of air carriers which are subject to an operating ban within the Community (Text with EEA relevance) COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) No 1318/2014 of 11 December 2014 amending Regulation (EC) No 474/2006 establishing the Community list of air carriers which are subject to an operating ban within the Community (Text with EEA relevance) THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION Having regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union, Having regard to Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005 of the European Parliament and the Council of 14 December 2005 on the establishment of a Community list of air carriers subject to an operating ban within the Community and on informing air passengers of the identity of the operating carrier, and repealing Article 9 of Directive 2004/36/CE(1), and in particular Article 4(2) thereof, Whereas: (1) Commission Regulation (EC) No 474/2006(2) established the Community list of air carriers which are subject to an operating ban within the Union, referred to in Chapter II of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005. (2) In accordance with Article 4(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2111/2005, some Member States and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) communicated to the Commission information that is relevant in the context of updating that list. Presseinformation Suzuki Motor Corporation: Fahrzeugabsatz und Produktionsergebnisse 2009 • Abwechslungsreiches Jubiläumsjahr, ermutigende Aussichten für 2010 • Absatz trotz schwierigen Marktumfeldes bei 98 Prozent des Vorjahres • Auslandsproduktion auf Rekordstand 2009 feierte die Suzuki Motor Corporation 100-jähriges Bestehen und damit 100 Jahre Innovationen. Trotz der weltweiten Absatzkrise in der Automobilbranche hat Suzuki das Jahr erfolgreich gemeistert. Mit 2.308.000 Einheiten weltweit liegt der Absatz trotz der schwachen Wirtschaftslage in den USA und in vielen anderen Regionen lediglich zwei Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert. Erfreulich entwickelten sich die Absatzzahlen in Asien. Indien verzeichnete im Gesamtjahr ein Plus von 20 Prozent, China legte um 33 Prozent zu. Es ist vor allem diesem Wachstum in Asien zu verdanken, dass der weltweite Absatz von Suzuki im Jahresvergleich nur um zwei Prozent zurückging. Ein weiterer positiver Faktor ist das Absatzwachstum in neuen Märkten wie Brasilien und Südafrika. Zudem profitierte Suzuki von der hohen Nachfrage nach Klein- und Kompaktwagen in vielen westeuropäischen Ländern, die auch durch staatliche Förderungsprogramme beflügelt wurde. Suzuki konnte von diesem Umfeld besonders profitieren, da sich die Nachfrage vor allem auf preisgünstige, umweltfreundliche Fahrzeuge konzentrierte. Due to a number of reasons, and especially because a number of aircraft operators use services of management companies, some of those operators have not been identified in the latest update of the EEA- wide list of aircraft operators adopted on 5 February 2014.
