Buat temen temen kost Trembuku7 yang senantiasa saling mendukung dalam penggarapan skripsi. v PENGARUH FAKTOR ASPIRASI PEKERJAAN DAN ASPIRASI JURUSAN TERHADAP KEMATANGAN KARIR SISWA SMK JURUSAN OTOMOTIF DI DIY 2012/2013 DWIJO SUMANTRI 11504247003 ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh Aspirasi Pekerjaan terhadap Kematangan Karir Siswa SMK jurusan Otomotif di DIY, (2) Pengaruh Aspirasi Jurusan terhadap Kematangan Karir siswa SMK jurusan Otomotif di DIY, (3) Pengaruh Faktor Aspirasi Pekerjaan dan Aspirasi Jurusan terhadap Kematangan Karir Siswa SMK jurusan Otomotif di DIY 2012/2013. Penelitian ini merupakan Ex-post Facto. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMK Negeri kelas XI Teknik Kendaraan Ringan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 280 siswa. Metode pengambilan data penelitian ini dengan mengunakan lembar angket tertutup dengan skala Likert. Validasi instrumen penelitian menggunakan experts judgement dan analisis butir dihitung dengan korelasi product moment. Reabilitas instrumen dihitung dengan menggunakan rumus alpha cronbach. Teknik analisis data untuk mengguji hipotesis 1 dan 2 adalah analisis regresi linier sederhana satu prediktor (bivariat), sedangkan untuk menguji hipotesis 3 digunakan teknik analisis regresi linier ganda dua prediktor (multivariat). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara aspirasi pekerjaan terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK Negeri jurusan Otomotif di DIY tahun ajaran 2012/2013, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,239 lebih besar dari nilai rtabel sebesar 0,138. (2) Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara aspirasi jurusan terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK jurusan Otomotif di DIY tahun ajaran 2012/2013, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi r sebesar 0,331 lebih besar dari rtabel sebesar 0,138. (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara aspirasi pekerjaan dan aspirasi jurusan terhadap kematangan karir siswa SMK jurusan Otomotif di DIY tahun ajaran 2012/2013, yang ditunjukan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi Ry(1,2) sebesar 0,358 dan nilai Ftabel 20,648 lebih besar dari nilai Ftabel sebesar 3,04 dan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,9%. Trotz der weltweiten Absatzkrise in der Automobilbranche hat Suzuki das Jahr erfolgreich gemeistert. Mit 2.308.000 Einheiten weltweit liegt der Absatz trotz der schwachen Wirtschaftslage in den USA und in vielen anderen Regionen lediglich zwei Prozent unter dem Vorjahreswert. Erfreulich entwickelten sich die Absatzzahlen in Asien. Indien verzeichnete im Gesamtjahr ein Plus von 20 Prozent, China legte um 33 Prozent zu. Es ist vor allem diesem Wachstum in Asien zu verdanken, dass der weltweite Absatz von Suzuki im Jahresvergleich nur um zwei Prozent zurückging. Ein weiterer positiver Faktor ist das Absatzwachstum in neuen Märkten wie Brasilien und Südafrika. Zudem profitierte Suzuki von der hohen Nachfrage nach Klein- und Kompaktwagen in vielen westeuropäischen Ländern, die auch durch staatliche Förderungsprogramme beflügelt wurde. Suzuki konnte von diesem Umfeld besonders profitieren, da sich die Nachfrage vor allem auf preisgünstige, umweltfreundliche Fahrzeuge konzentrierte. The Astra Group is one of Indonesia’s leading business groups. The group’s holding company, PT Astra International Incorporated, which had 125 affiliated companies under its corporate umbrella in 1995, boasts the largest net sales of the 238 companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange market. The Astra Group has three main features. First it holds over 50 per cent of the market share making it the largest automaker in Indonesia, Taking advantage of joint ventures using Japanese automobile capital, Astra laid down its business foundations in the manufacturing of automobiles and machinery. Its second feature is that it was a family business founded by William Soeryadjaya (Chinese name: Tjia Kian Liong; referred to below as “William”), who was born in 1923 in Majalenka in West Java.
