Request

Please can you provide the school spend reports for academic year 2013/14 relating to all supply teachers, and a break down of cost from local supply and agency supply - also which agency was used.

Devon County Council is unable to supply details of agencies used by schools, in accordance with Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act (Cost for compliance). Such information is held within individual school files and we would be required to undertake a manual search of each school’s file in order to extract the information being requested. We estimate, given the volume of data and number of schools, that this work would exceed 18 hours, which is the limit of our obligation to comply with the request.
