26 . 3 . 84 Journal officiel des Communautés européennes N° L 82 / 67 DIRECTIVE DU CONSEIL du 28 février 1984 relative à la liste communautaire des zones agricoles défavorisées au sens de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE ( Royaume-Uni ) ( 84 / 169 / CEE ) LE CONSEIL DES COMMUNAUTES EUROPEENNES , considérant que les indices suivants , relatifs à la pré­ sence de terres peu productives visée à l'article 3 para­ graphe 4 point a ) de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , ont été retenus pour la détermination de chacune des zones en vu le traité instituant la Communauté économique question : part de la superficie herbagère par rapport à européenne, la superficie agricole utile supérieure à 70 % , densité animale inférieure à l'unité de gros bétail ( UGB ) à l'hectare fourrager et montants des fermages ne dépas­ sant pas 65 % de la moyenne nationale ; vu la directive 75 / 268 / CEE du Conseil , du 28 avril 1975 , sur l'agriculture de montagne et de certaines zones défavorisées ( 2 ), modifiée en dernier lieu par la directive 82 / 786 / CEE ( 2 ), et notamment son article 2 considérant que les résultats économiques des exploi­ tations sensiblement inférieurs à la moyenne , visés paragraphe 2 , à l'article 3 paragraphe 4 point b ) de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , ont été démontrés par le fait que le revenu du travail ne dépasse pas 80 % de la moyenne vu la proposition de la Commission , nationale ; considérant que , pour établir la faible densité de la vu l'avis de l'Assemblée ( 3 ), population visée à l'article 3 paragraphe 4 point c ) de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , on a retenu comme indice le fait que la densité ne dépasse pas 55 habitants au kilomètre considérant que la directive 75 / 276 / CEE ( 4 ) indique carré , à l'exclusion de la population des centres urbains quelles sont au Royaume-Uni les zones mentionnées sur et industriels , les moyennes nationale et communautaire la liste communautaire des zones défavorisées au sens de étant respectivement de 229 et 163 habitants au kilo­ l'article 3 paragraphe 4 de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE ; mètre carré ; que la part minimale de la population active dépendante de l'agriculture , à l'exclusion de centres urbains et industriels , par rapport à la popu­ lation active totale est de 30 % ; considérant que le gouvernement du Royaume-Uni a demandé, conformément à l'article 2 paragraphe 1 de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , une extension des zones défavo­ risées au moyen d'une redéfinition de ces zones ; qu'en considérant que , pour la détermination des zones affec­ tées des handicaps spécifiques pouvant être assimilées conséquence la directive 75 / 276 / CEE doit être rem­ aux zones défavorisées et visées à l'article 3 para­ placée par la présente directive ; graphe 5 de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , on a retenu l'existence tant de conditions naturelles de production défavorables ( pentes , vents très forts , hydraulique agri­ considérant que le gouvernement du Royaume-Uni a cole défavorable ) que des handicaps résultant de la communiqué à la Commission , conformément à l'ar­ situation géographique ( situation insulaire ) ; que , en ticle 2 paragraphe 1 de la directive 75 / 268 / CEE , six outre , la superficie de ces zones ne dépasse pas 2,5 % de zones susceptibles de figurer sur la liste communautaire la superficie de cet État membre ; des zones agricoles défavorisées , ainsi que les informa­ tions relatives aux caractéristiques de ces zones ; considérant que la nature et le niveau des indices précités retenus par le gouvernement du Royaume-Uni (») JO n° L 128 du 19 . 5 . 1975 , p. 1 . pour la détermination des zones communiquées à la ( 2 ) JO n° L 327 du 24 . 11 . 1982 , p. 19 .
