Emergency Medical Services

The Medical Technician (EMT) curriculum is designed to Where will this take me? prepare the student for the National Registry exam for certification as a Paramedic. Certified EMT/Paramedic working: Selected general education courses are related to the field of Emergency Medical Services and will provide the student with a broad base upon which to make reasoned Service decisions when giving emergency care. Fire Station The EMT classes are offered in both night and day part-time format and the Hospital Paramedic is offered as a full-time day format. Industry Students enrolling in the Paramedic program must have a high school diploma or Air Medical Transport high school equivalency diploma and current EMT certification.
