CONTRACT MEDICAL TRANSPORT SERVICES Private Ambulance contract – Options

Option #1 -Pass Thru model

 Provides unlimited ambulances at a set standard (9 minutes 90%)  Includes all patient billing OPTION 2 –  All revenue above a Non- paramedic transport (est. $250,000) refunded to city  Ambulance subscription program not available to CONTRACT residents

MEDICAL Option #2 -Lease for service model

TRANSPORT  Dedicated 2 units within the city at all times for cost (est. $1,000,000)  Extra ambulance needs beyond 2 charged at $90 per hour (est. 200,000)  City retains billing services with current vendor (Annual revenue $2.3 Million)  Ambulance subscription program is still available to residents OPTION 2 – CONTRACT MEDICAL TRANSPORT
