I wanted to take the opportunity to thank all those who worked so hard in producing our abbreviated 2020 Lenten Fish Fry dinners for three of the planned six weeks. I am mindful of the cooks, servers, bakers, set up crew, cleaners, order takers and counters and all who volunteered in any other way making it a great success. Heartfelt thanks to the attorneys of the parish who assisted us with costs incurred by the parish. While I realize everyone was heartbroken to learn of the sudden and drastic change of plans due to the risk of community spread, I hope we can all thank God for the three weeks we had and look forward to next year! We can start planning for the 2021 Lenten Fish Fry! In these days of containment, all of us should focus on the positive and not be overcome by disappointments. In that spirit, I remain grateful to God for all the endeavors made over this Lenten Fish Fry experience and the dedication and love manifested by so many of you. May God bless you. Around the Parish
