REDCAR AND CLEVELAND BOROUGH COUNCIL (DORMANSTOWN, GRANGETOWN, LAZENBY AND SOUTH BANK) (WAITING, LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT) ORDER (NO. 1) 2005
The Council of the Borough of Redcar and Cleveland (hereinafter referred to as “the Council”) under Sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 47, 53 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (hereinafter referred to as the “Act of 1984”) and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act of 1984 hereby makes the following Order:-
1. This Order shall come into operation on the 18th day of April, 2006 and may be cited as the Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Dormanstown, Grangetown, Lazenby and South Bank) (Consolidation) (Amendment) Order (No. 1) 2005.
2. The Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council (Dormanstown, Grangetown, Lazenby and South Bank) (Waiting and Loading and Parking Places) (Consolidation) Order 2003 (“the Order”) is hereby amended as follows:-
(a) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 – NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:-
Briggs Avenue, South Bank North side from its junction with Normanby Road in a westerly direction for 15 metres
(b) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 – NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:-
Briggs Avenue, South Bank South side from its junction with Normanby Road in a westerly direction for 15 metres.
(c) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 1.00 – NO WAITING AT ANY TIME:-
(i) Normanby Road, South Bank West side from its junction with Briggs Avenue, in a northerly direction for 15 metres.
(ii) Normanby Road, South Bank West side from its junction with Briggs Avenue, in a southerly direction for 15 metres.
(d) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 2.12 – NO WAITING 8:30 A.M. TO 9:30 A.M. AND 2:45 P.M. TO 3:45 P.M. MONDAY TO FRIDAY:-
Price Road, Dormanstown Both sides around its entirety from its junction with South Avenue.

(e) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 3.12 NO LOADING AND UNLOADING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 8:30 A.M. AND 9:30 A.M. AND 2:45 P.M. TO 3:45 P.M.:-
Price Road, Dormanstown Both sides around its entirety from its junction with South Avenue.
(f) INSERT TO SCHEDULE NO. 7.80 – LIMITED WAITING MONDAY TO SATURDAY, WAITING LIMITED TO 30 MINUTES, NO RETURN WITHIN 2 HOURS:-
Old Station Road, South Bank West side from a point 53 metres north west of its junction with Norman Terrace, in a north westerly direction for 62 metres.
(g) (REVOCATION) DELETE THE FOLLOWING SIDES AND LENGTHS OF ROAD FROM SCHEDULE NO. 1.00, NO WAITING AT ANYTIME:-
Old Station Road, South Bank West side from a point 53 metres north west of its junction with Norman Terrace, in a north westerly direction for 62 metres.
3. The provisions of existing traffic regulations are revoked insofar as there are inconsistencies with this Order.
4. The interpretation Act 1978 shall apply for the interpretation of this Order as it applies to the interpretation of an act of Parliament.
