32 33 Closing words european foundation for the care of newborn infants We feel thrilled and fortunate that in the past we have been able to build a collaborative network of stakeholders working together to make newborn health a priority across Europe. Parent representati- ves, healthcare professionals and politicians now have one common objective: To enable every baby in Europe to have the best start in life.

We are grateful to our partners, who have supported and collaborated Silke Mader with us to operate effectively at both national and European level to Chairwoman of the Executive Board raise awareness, change attitudes and standardise practices.
