WHO WE ARE AND WHY WE EXIST

"... after 41 years of dictatorship from 1975 to 2015, a new political force is needed, a political Organization that is free and not under the control of MPLA, the Country need a political organization that thinks differently, capable of taking action against all the rules, laws and the structures established by the dictatorship, advance to Luanda and free the Country, The times have changed the country do not need a military force that will occupy villages, jungle, and like others did; but Luanda the capital city that must be our unique goal, we need a party with a new concept of society and new political view, where blacks, whites and mulatos are Angolans call to live together and ready towards the development of the Nation without dictatorship, without the MPLA ... a new Angola must rise " We have the responsibility to introduce the Angolan cause to the world precisely the United States of America

WHO Wl ARE?

We are the NATIONAL UNION MOVEMENT (M.U.N.) Movimento de Uniao Nacional in Portuguese, a political organization of Angola not legalized by the MPLA regime, in power since 1975 and its president occupies the office as head of the State since 1979.

The organization brings together and opens its doors to all Angolan citizen (black, white and mulato) to finalize and implement what we consider the final solution.

The National Union Movement is organized with clear objectives; clearly knowing the trajectory of Angola, its past, present and where the country should be headed and governed, solving the problems that are afflicting our society without reason.

The MUN is established on the foundations of Godist principles, where all it members are Christian believer with a political system based on true democracy, the M.U.N.

We consider ourselves conservatives and nationalists,(not an African nationalism but same as American J with a magnum state program stablished in the base of Federal administration system similar to the United States of America, Germany, Israel where political power is decentralized and coordinated by the Federal Government, headed by a Chancellor elected by people and a national leader head of state chosen by the state Supreme Council of Elders and presented to the Senate (VOLKSTAG) organ of the legislative branch that will represent the people in full transparency.

THE M.U.N. AND THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA

The Movimento de Uniao Nacional MUN is a pro-American revolutionary party that believes with the help of people we could establish the American political and administration system, where we could invite the retired members such as ex police officers, ex prosecutors, ex attorney general, intelligence officers, businessman, To work with us and help to build our country that for the first time will believe to be free after centuries of colonization and 41 years under a communist party

We are prohibited to make the same mistakes of the ones that were before us in the fight against the dictatorial regime (FNLA and UNITA) and about the American politics, witch change every four to eight years, so we have to work always with republicans and democrats for the good of the nation and avoid to be part of their internal conflicts in the race for the congress, senate and the white house the MUN must be neutral to the American politic.

THE FEDERAL SYSTEM

By structuring the Country with a federal system, the administration of the country will change the word provinces to states, with their capitals, a flag, a State Congress elected by the natives of that state to supervise their state government and report to Senate (Federal Congress) following the structure that will be stablished.

For the question of states development, our Government will do a deep process knowing what each States can produce or its capability to produce and create business for those States that can't produce as we believe if all our land its fertile, so all the Country can produce something for that reason each State will keep 20% of its production, this law will help and force all natives of each State to focus their business and efforts in their State of origin for its

development, and each State Government should put in place a program to produce something for the development of its State before receiving aid through the general state budget by the Federal Government. THE NEW CONCEPT OF REBUILDING A RESPONSIBILITY IN THE COMMUNITY With a new conception ofthe society, the M.U.N, transmits for the first time an entirely different speech and proposals to Angolans of what is known in Africa: all the suffering and underdevelopment of Africa; It is the fault of others (American, European, former settlers], least of Africa Itself; this is where the M.U.N, calls for an awareness and to change the perception of the problems around us, if we want to be different, we must begin by accepting our own mistakes, correct them and open doors to new horizons we can't keep accusing Americans and Europeans of our own disgrace we have to stand and be responsible do something for ourselves.

The story of Angola should be rewritten. The Alvor agreements, which canonized the independence of Angola should be reconsidered, although they have been violated by the MPLA and the Portuguese regime from April 25 1974, the agreements continue to be the starting point for Angola truly independent, free, united, this is, from Cabinda to Cunene, Benguela to Moxico, the authority of these agreements obviously lead us not disregard our own independence.

THE REAL INCORPORATION OF WHITE ANGOLAN IN THE SOCIETY

For the first time since 1975 we are the firstpolitica l organization determined to solve the problems ofthe displaced by decolonization where the dispossessed and their descendants are considered Angolan citizen of first class and to integrate into the society unless the estimated himself denies such an offer, which is actually their right which was stolen in 1975 by the Communists.

We believe in the restructuring the system of the economics of the country, where domestic production must be an immediate necessity duty, agriculture will be the starting point and the recovery of infrastructure of the colonial era that produced for the country, encourage the small and big business around the Country, stablish the credit facilities for all categories of business, persist in the pro ject of sea exploitation salt, fishing, maritime businesses, the ports of Chowa, Luanda, and Lobito, must work properly to facilitate the market trade with neighboring countries such as Zambia, Zimbabwe> Botswana, Burundi, Malawi, Rwanda and Uganda where the CFB (train and railways) will become important in the true sense ofthe word, as it was in the colonial era.

THE M.U.N. AND THE ANGOLAN ECONIC CRISE

Angola is not under economic crisis, the problem is the bad state management by the corrupt Government that have poison corruption that runs through the veins of the leaders of the regime, lack of patriotism, lack of adaptation of state project to the reality of the people. Yes these are the bases of economic pseudo crisis engendered in our country by the Government, Namibia, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia are countries with fewer resources in relation to Angola, nevertheless they live better and are better established. Angola live under an economic crisis forced by the regime itself that no longer has legs to move if not to rotate in the same place with the same people if offices to perpetuate the rotation positions during all those 40 years and if we do not stand this will keep going until fifty years or even more. THE ECONOMIC PLAN

Our economic project of four years will allow the Federal Government to reorganize and establish the housing system at national level so that we can evacuate the city of Luanda and allow life and color the

other provinces because the Country is dead everything we see its Luanda Downtown even other parts of Luanda itself its dead, our Government will organize the Country with the consideration of all including the return of fled Angolans from Europe and some from north America the new Government will stablish the settlement system following the colonial project of settlement creating general basic conditions for receiving families all over the Country so Luanda could breathe.

Our Government will insist on domestic production, limit unnecessary spending, create, and support the national business in the community in order to create jobs, privatize more than 60% of companies that will be created.

The Government will establish the rules, regulations and laws that will regulate the economic system, and shall ensure full compliance with all the conditions; everything should be done for the development of the nation and the Angolan citizens we have to fallow the American example when it comes to the Country issues.

Open the doors to foreign investors and make sure they comply with the established laws. The Government, state officials, agents of order, and the people should be the first in compliance of law stablished by the Government, where the marshal-law will be established against corruption in all its facets and dimensions, small mistakes, small crimes and violations will be corrected with higher fines and higher sentences and all the people should be equal under the law, both citizens and foreigners and no foreigner should be mistreated and the citizenship process will be in the entire responsibility of the Government and not by the citizen in street everybody granted citizenship by the Government have to be accepted by all as Angolan citizen will have the same rights as the native.

THE PATRIOTISM

The unconditional patriotism that will be introduced to all the nation levels, makes us believe in a perfect reciprocal relationship between the Government and the people so that we can together build the new Nation of value and dignity with a single motto: all for the Nation and nothing against the Nation every citizen should consider the country as theirs in collaboration with the Government where all its officers and law makers shall swear to serve the homeland without self- centered interests, and in the space of 12 years this will make Angola a worthy nation to be placed on the international podium and take leadership on the African orb as exemplary country. As our leader says: "... if we want, we can..." times has come for change we can't keep going in the same direction all our neighbor COUNTRIES are changing but us we still have the same one Party system since 1975 today undercover under democracy name, the Nation will complete 41 years of dictatorship: 11 November 1975 -2016, 11 November. THE REAL PROBLEM OF ANGOLA

The National Union Movement will not be foolish never by the maneuvers ofthe dictatorship because the output or replacement of Jose Eduardo dos Santos should not be the reason to lower the arms and give up the revolution, because as communist Jose Eduardo dos Santos can give a masterstroke and resign from office at any time which will not change the situation in Angola as other Party in opposition believe, that if Jose Eduardo dos Santos leave resign for the office and the MPLA, they will be able to win the elections; this is absurd an unattainable Utopia, because the MPLA has established a collective dictatorial system, with a chief on the top. In 1979 when the first President Agostinho Neto died, the country and the regime felt the loss of what was seen by the MPLA as the father of the Angolan revolution,[wrong view) but the case was resolved quickly, Jose Eduardo dos Santos replaced Agostinho Neto and the situation

worsened until we get to the current point, when they took the power they said : all for the people, "the People is MPLA; the MPLA is the People" today everything changed there is no more : "all for the People but all for them", the MPLA is the MPLA and the people became People thrown in the labyrinth.

We Angolans should realize that if the Dictator dies or resigns from the office, a replacement will be worse and ruin Angola situation will have no adjective of qualification, which is why we the Movement of National Union saw the situation from a different angle with a true diagnosis, the biggest problem of Angola is the MPLA as Party, this yes is the organization that should be defeated for the country to feel its first time of freedom and recover the lost time ruled by Communists, make the law to work, establish justice, health, employment, education and housing for all.

We want to be different, not to mention the same topics the same claims, we want to bring something different, a counter-proposal to what was set by the Dictatorial regime during 41 years, all we need is the improvement and for the benefit ofthe nation with its allies. The National Union Movement is the incarnation of desire, ambition and dream of the Angolan people.

THE REASON WHY WE SHOULD EXIST

The MUN as the personification of its legitimate aspirations, we are absolutely convinced that the electoral game established in Angola cannot restore our freedom and dignity, of the development of Angola, even honor the memory of all those who gave their lives for this dream (new Nation) - blacks* whites and mulatos.

That is why we said it's time to rethink Angola and bring back to the Motherland its greatness

WHAT Wl ARE NOT

The M.U.N, is not a terrorist organization, tribalist, racist, regionalist, those who still breathe the racial or tribal feeling and believe that being Angolan has to do with skin color, race, or belonging to a greater or privileged ethnicity in Angola know that here there is no room for such thinking.

Here we unite all with the idea of establishing a multiracial, ecumenical country, the State of law and respect where human values are respected according to the logic, responsibility and not debauchery, irresponsibility or permissiveness.

WE ARE CONSERVADORS

We are an organization that consider itself a patriotic, Conservative and Bulwark of the People in search of a new nation, introducing a new concept of society where Umbundu, Kimbundu, Bakongo, Kwanhama, Ngangela, Tchokwe, Ibinda, Luzitanu, blacks, whites and mulatos are and should be considered Angolan citizens of first class, no one should be judged by their physical appearance, their gender, race, creed, but by the patriotic dimension and personal dedication for the cause of the Nation.

THE CHALLENGE

Pick up a weapon, a bow of iron or machete as our parents did in 1961 against colonialism to defend themselves does not mean terrorism but indignation and defense against what was imposed upon them to live, as in our present case, we are obliged to breathe the unbreathable, forced to live like animals imprisoned by the dictatorship since 1975, we lost the meaning of family, patriotism, we become selfish, living at the mercy of God, (back in the day all over the Country neighbor was family we lost the values of society the values of family) so, in the midst of so much suffering, injustice, corruption, anti-values, the revolution becomes GOD, the only single OUTPUT, a MUST, OBLIGATION and WHEN REVOLUTION BECOMES AN OBLIGATION, "FIGHT IS LEGITIMATE".
