The location of the rings, indoors or outdoors, will be determined on the day of the event. Refunds will not be granted based on the final location of the rings. Entry fee is $10.00 per dog/per event Entries will be taken Thursday, Friday and up to 1:00pm Saturday at the Club Table Testing will begin promptly at 3:00 PM in an available indoor ring. There are 1709 dogs entered in this show with a total entry of 1778 in185 different breeds or varieties. For your convenience, the following division of sexes has been carefully tabulated; however, neither the Club nor the Superintendent assumes responsibility for absolute accuracy. The number before each breed or variety indicates the number of dogs entered in that breed or variety. The numbers following each breed or variety indicate the number of Regular Class Dogs, Regular Class Bitches, Best of Breed or Variety (dogs-bitches), and Non-Regular Class Dogs or Bitches.

OFFICIAL NOTICE: Substitution of Judges. Reference Chapter 7, Section 13 of AKC Rules: Owner has the right to withdraw his entry and have his entry fee refunded provided notification of his withdrawal is received no later than one half-hour prior to the start of any regular conformation judging.

All persons entering the show, the grounds, site and show areas for whatever purpose do so entirely at their own risk. MARYLAND BLUE CRAB CLUSTER COVID-19 SOCIAL DISTANCING PLAN EVENT ATTENDEES VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COMMUNICABLE DISEASES. SIGN WAIVER ON NEXT PAGE. The following plan is designated at this time for the Maryland Blue Crab Cluster of Dog Shows and subject to change. Failure to comply could subject the individual to being removed from the grounds and/or disciplinary action in accordance with AKC's Dealing with Misconduct booklet. 1. NO SPECTATORS ARE ALLOWED. THESE SHOWS ARE CLOSED TO GENERAL PUBLIC. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ACCESS PASS ON YOU AT ALL TIMES, EVEN WHEN SHOWING. All attendees (officials, judges, stewards, exhibitors and all workers) are required to follow state, local and facility guidelines in effect at the time of the event. 2. EXPOSURE TO COVID-19. If you have been recently in the presence of a person who has either tested positive for Covid-19 or has symptoms (coughing, sneezing, temperature), please stay home. If you are ill, feel unwell, coughing, sneezing or running a temperature, please stay home. All attendees are expected to adhere to social distancing guidelines and are required to wear a face covering. MASKS ARE REQUIRED IN BUILDING, UNDER TENTS, RINGS AND VENDOR AREAS. 3. Please remember to bring personal face coverings, hand sanitizer, gloves, cleaning wipes, etc. for your own personal use. 4. Exhibitors and all participants should SANITIZE hands as frequently as possible. Sanitizing stations will be provided throughout the facility for use. 5. WE WILL BE FOLLOWING THE SHOW AND GO PHILOSOPHY: To minimize the number of persons near the rings at any one time, be aware of and adhere to your scheduled times. Do not arrive at your designated location more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time and exit the area upon completion of your participation. Every ring will have ringside crating available in designated areas only. Each ring will have an entrance and an exit gate to cut down on traffic. Each ring will also have tables for self-serve ring numbers and for ribbons and trophies. 6. NO OVERNIGHT CRATING DUE TO COVID-19, SO THAT BUILDING CAN BE DEEP-CLEANED EACH NIGHT. 7. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the building and under the tents. 8. After receipt of a signed waiver and successful required temperature check, individuals will be provided a wristband. Wristbands must be worn at all times inside the show building. If you lose your wristband or require a replacement you will need to complete a new signed waiver and successfully complete a new required temperature check. Show chairperson has the right to change the rules due to COVID-19 restrictions at the time of the show.

This Show will be held in compliance with COVID-19 state and local public health guidelines. Facility and host club safety rules will be updated as the Virginia Department of Public Health releases new requirements. I understand that a valid entry requires my agreement to the guidelines set forth in this waiver by The Kennel Club of Anne Arundel, Southern Maryland Kennel Club, The Meadow Event Park, Site Control and RAU, Inc.

I have read, understand, and agree to the following rules and procedures set forth in this April 2021 Dog Show Cluster waiver. • To the best of my knowledge, I do not have COVID-19. • I have not been exposed to COVID-19 within the last 3 weeks. • I have had no symptoms (fever, cough, etc.) for 14 days or more. • I agree to wear a mask in the building and under any show tent at all times. • I agree to practice social distancing and frequent hand washing/sanitizing. • I understand that if I do not comply with these guidelines or refuse to comply, I will be asked to leave the show and entry fees will be forfeited.

I am entering this show at my own volition and am responsible for my own health. The Kennel Club of Anne Arundel, Southern Maryland Kennel Club, The Meadow Event Park, Site Control or RAU, Inc., are in no way liable for any present or future COVID-19 infection incurred at any time by any person, in attendance or not in attendance, before, during, or after this show.
