When the highways split, take 202 South for two miles and make a right onto Milltown Road. North Branch Park is on the left. Northbound: Route 287 North to Exit 14B Route 22 West. Take Exit 202/206 South. When the highways split, take 202 South for two miles and make a right onto Milltown Road. North Branch Park is on the left. From Route 22 Westbound: Follow Route 22 West to Route 202/206 South. After a half mile, the highways split. Take Route 202 South. Approximately 2 miles down Route 202, you will then travel under a train overpass. Make a right at the next turn onto Milltown Road. Travel a half mile, and North Branch Park will be on the left. Eastbound: Follow Route 22 East through Branchburg. Make a right turn onto Milltown Road. Follow Milltown Road for 1 mile and bear right under the railroad trestle. The Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club or Somerset County Park Commission is not responsible for any loss by fire, theft, damage or loss of personal property or injury to exhibitor’s dogs. Generators must be silent from 11:00 pm until 5:00 am.

NOTE State Health Requirement - requires proof of rabies vaccination. Must have a copy of certificate available.

There will be a rescue squad on the show grounds. No crates or tables allowed under the ring tents or around the rings! Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club, Inc. reserves the right to make any changes deemed necessary!

7 Disclaimer Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club, Inc. will assume no responsibility for any personal injury or death to any person(s), theft, damage or loss of personal property nor injury or death to any animal either off or on the Show Grounds. H.H.K.C., Inc. and its officers and members etc. will be held harmless and indemnify them against any legal proceeding arising from any accident, including the Hunterdon County Fairgrounds.

If Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club, Inc. Show has to be cancelled due to conditions, etc. beyond Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club, Inc. control such as for the safety, etc. of the dogs, exhibitors, spectators, etc. no refunds will be forth coming.

Hunterdon Hills Kennel Club, Inc. reserves the right to remove any animal in distress from a parked vehicle or crate, etc. and all persons attending the dog show events hereby waive any claim for damages against the club for such removal.

The welfare of any child on the show grounds is expressly the responsibility of the person(s) with whom the child came.

The Kennel Club is not responsible for the actions or products of the commercial vendors at these events.

JUDGES WILL NOT WAIT FOR ANY DOG HOLDING UP A CLASS. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged. The show-giving club and the superintendent have no obligation or responsibility for providing service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. ALL DOGS PRESENT must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring. CLASS CASH PRIZES will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent to be advised at once. The Superintendent and Show-giving Club may disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over. THE SHOW COMMITTEE/SUPERINTENDENT will use due care and diligence for the welfare of dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show. Effective January 1, 2009 - Refund and Cash award checks are void after 180 days and will NOT be re-issued. Effective May 1, 2006 an administrative fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.
