24 | FÉVRIER 2010 Feb10 IBC-(EN) Purina Ad FINAL.qxp:Cover 12/21/09 5:26 PM Page 1 JOIN US FOR THE 2010 ANNUAL PURINA NATIONAL – A CKC CHARITY EVENT

This year, the fourth annual Purina National – a CKC Charity Event will be held at the International Centre in Mississauga, Ontario, from March 12-14, 2010. With over $40,000 in prizes, the event will include three Championship Dog Shows, six Obedience Trials and three Rally Obedience Trials.

We are pleased to announce that, in three years, the Purina National has raised approximately $85,000 for the CKC Foundation – a charitable organization whose mandate is to fund canine medical and genetic research; educate the public on the benefits of dogs in society; and support effective animal control legislation.

It is thanks to our strong supporters, including chief sponsor Nestlé Purina, a team of volunteers and private donations that help make this event such a resounding success.

If you would like to show your support for this special event by donating a good or service for the event’s charity raffle, please contact Tara Merrimen, Special Projects Officer, at [email protected] by Monday, February 8, 2010. All donations will be acknowledged in our show catalogue.

With your help, we can make this event even more of a success! For more details, please go to CKC Services/Purina National and keep watching our website at www.ckc.ca for more updates. Feb10 OFC+OBC-(EN) FINAL2.qxp:Cover 12/21/09 5:20 PM Page 2
