Why I Chose My VPI Results Chicken Wings I used to be a zone manager, and I’d always check different items’ sales rates, so I knew chicken wings were big sellers. When my store manager challenged us to find an NOVEMBER 2016 SALES item outside our area, I immediately thought of them. It was around $1,694 Game Time, too, so wings were in high demand.

How I Increased Sales I had the meat department manager display the wings in a bunker. Then, in the morning, I’d check NOVEMBER 2017 SALES that there were enough wings in stock, especially making sure we $14,246 had enough to last the weekend.
