GETTING TO WALES INTERNATIONAL STUDY CENTRE

Cardiff and airports are both less than one hour drive from Newport. If you are flying in to Heathrow airport, the journey to Newport is about two hours by train, or there is a direct coach service. You may find it easier to book a connecting flight to Bristol or .

When you apply, you can arrange a taxi transfer from either Cardiff (CWL) or Bristol (BRS) airports.

By Road: campus is just 3 miles from the major motorway, the M4. London is only about two hours away via the M4, while other motorways and dual carriageways connect Newport with the North, Midlands, South East and South West England and West Wales. Both campuses are signposted from the M4.

By Rail: Newport has a main line train station with excellent Intercity services to Newport from all major cities including Cardiff, Bristol, Birmingham, London, Nottingham, Portsmouth and Manchester.

GETTING TO THE CITY CENTRE FROM CAMPUS

A free student bus service operates between the Caerleon Campus and the University's other Allt-yr-yn Campus.
