2016 Bremerton Summer BrewFest Beer List 7 Seas Brewing 1) Blueberry Gose Gig Harbor Our Gose is dry, moderately sour, and extremely refreshing - fermented with Lactobacillus and our house ale strain. Infused with fresh Pacific Northwest blueberry puree and accented with San Juan Island Sea Salt and a touch of coriander. 4.8% ABV / 7 IBU 2) Summer Pale Ale Like a lazy, chilled out tropical breeze, this finely formed Pale Ale dishes out enticing hop aromas of ripe melon and mango fruit. Gentle malt flavor quickly subsides into a sea of juicy hops for a long and satisfyingly pungent finish. 6.5% ABV / 55 IBU 3) Ballz Deep Double IPA A mash tun packed with Pale Ale Malt, medium crystal malt, and cara-pils malt provide a firm, slightly sweet malt flavor while copious amounts of resiny Yakima Valley hops go berserk on bitterness, flavor and aroma. Truly a Big, Bold, and Balanced double IPA. 8.4% ABV / 84 IBU Aslan Brewing 1) Ginger Rye Ale Bellingham This beer falls into the “specialty” category, but it’s based off an American Pale Ale and inspired by a delicious cocktail called the “Moscow Moose”. The ginger is present, yet subtle as is the rye. The wild card is the use of limes, which shine through on the finish. This is an adventurous beer and a staple of our brewery. 5.4% ABV / 18 IBU 2) FIFA (French India Farmhouse Ale) FIFA, aka French India Farmhouse Ale, is a Farmhouse style IPA brewed specifically for our hometown football club, Bellingham United. This juicy beer initially greets your nose with a spicy array that is blended nicely with pine needles and citrus peels. The palate consists of a heavy dose of white grapefruit, lending a very fun and approachable bitterness. As it washes down, you are left with a nice clean/dry finish that is soft and mellow. This year we have added a brand new hop, Jarrylo, to the mix. 6.2% ABV / 55 IBU 3) Disco Lemonade (Berliner Weisse) This refreshingly sour wheat beer is brewed to style, which dates back to the Middle Ages and is often referred to as "The People’s Champagne." The tartness of this beer will bring out hints of lemon, while the generous amount of wheat will round out the body lending a remarkable similarity to lemonade. Enjoy as is or add a shot of Raspberry syrup for a twist! 4.5% ABV / 4 IBU 4) Frances Farmer - Cranberry Saison Made in the Dupont style, this classic representation of a farmhouse ale is pink in color, with a soft mouthfeel that is complemented with lots of carbonation. Faint notes of bubblegum 2016 Bremerton Summer BrewFest Beer List are washed away with hints of navel oranges and cranberry, making this beer quite refreshing. 5.8% ABV / 24 IBU Bainbridge 1) IPK - India Pale Kolsch Island Brewing A new limited seasonal release, IPK is hybrid of Kolsch and IPA, Bainbridge creating a light and refreshingly hoppy beer perfect for the Island Summer. 5.2% ABV / 45 IBU 2) Windfall Grapefruit IPA Hops and Grapefruit: a winning combination. In this case, a 2016 Washington Beer Awards Silver Medal! 6% ABV / 60 IBU Cash Brewing 1) Summer Fling Tangerine IPA Silverdale Four different malts- Pale Malt, Vienna, Munich and Victory. Steeped with Chinooks and dry hopped with Mandarina Bavaria hops to deliver a tangerine, citrus aroma. We added Tangerine Oil for aroma. The color of the brew of course is tangerine orange. 7.5% ABV / 73 IBU 2) Nightgame IBA Otherwise known as Indian Brown Ale. It is a head on collision between a hoppy, west coast IPA and a malty brown ale. It's brewed with 5 varieties of hops and 6 different malts. this is a hybrid style that represent the best of both worlds. 6.3% ABV / 72 IBU 3) Home Run Red Ale Balances a mixture of toasted grain, nutty roasted flavor and light caramel notes. It is ruby red in color with a range of floral, citrus and herbal hop characteristics and finishes with a smooth clean bitterness. 5.3% ABV / 17 IBU 4) Interception IPA A traditional northwest IPA. Very hop forward with floral and citrus notes delivering a bitterness that lingers in a palatable way. An extremely well balanced and drinkable IPA. 7% ABV / 85 IBU Crucible 1) Twice Tempered Double IPA Brewing 9.0% ABV / 90 IBU Everett 2) Pink Drink Raspberry Kettle Sour. 4.5% ABV 3) Goto Helles- Munich Helles Lager 4.7% ABV / 14 IBU 4) Smith and Weizen - Blood Orange Hefewiesen 4.8% ABV / 20 IBU Der Blokken 1) 13 Mile Strawberry Lager Brewery Der Blokken 13 Mile Lager poured through a strawberry packed Bremerton Randall. 2) 13 Mile Lager Der Blokken 13 Mile Lager for comparison with Randall version. 3) Praetorian Pineapple Pale 2016 Bremerton Summer BrewFest Beer List Der Blokken's Praetorian Pale poured through a pineapple packed Randall. 4) Praetorian Pale Der Blokken's Praetorian Pale for comparison with the Randall version. Dirty Bucket 1) Hefen' Pineapple Brewing Traditional German Hefeweizen brewed with fresh pineapple. Woodinville Randalled through fresh Pineapple. 5% ABV 2) Sicyne IPA A uniquely dark northwest IPA. Sicyne pronounced (Si-Seen) originally brewed as our 1-year anniversary IPA. Showcasing the grapefruit notes of the Northwest Citra hop. 7% ABV / 72 IBU Downpour 1) Amadeus Pale Brewing Single hop Simcoe Pale 6.0% Kingston 2) Raspberry Saison 6.3% ABV 3) Citra IPA 6.6% ABV Elysian Brewing 1) Saison Poivre Seattle A Belgian farmhouse-style ale with a fiery and aromatic touch. Brewed with Pale, Munich, Cara-Munich and wheat malts, bittered with German Northern Brewer and finished with Czech Saaz hops. Ground black, white, green and pink peppercorns are added to the end of the boil, with more pink added to the whirlpool and in the bright tank. 7% ABV 2) Hubris Imperal IPA A mash-tun-ful of Pale malt with a handful of Wheat; Chinook, Cascade and Centennial hops everywhere with a grantful of whole Mt. Hoods. For all the hops fans out there -- you know who you are. 8.7% ABV. Yikes! 3) Men's Room Summer Gold Pale, Munich and Dextrapils to give it a hazy, light straw colored hue. Bittered with Experimental Hop 344, gets some Cascade in the middle, and is finished and dry-hopped with a heavy hand of Mosaic hops - resulting in robust flavor notes of tangerines, apricots, and grapefruit. In addition, we added some coriander and lemongrass after the boil to give it a floral, fruity twist of spice. It finishes with a dry, earthy bitterness that begs of another sip. 5.6% ABV / 30 IBU Fish Brewing 1) Beyond the Pale Olympia Medium bodied pale ale with a rich & complex malt character. Smooth & refreshing. A light and refreshing lager infused with grapefruit juice, fantastic balance of sweet and tartness. 4.2% ABV / 15 IBU 3) Blazing Habanero Apple Cider With the classic flavor of our Red Apple Cider, our Habanero Cider adds a tingling heat to mingle with the lasting effervescence. 5% ABV 4) Strawberry-Blonde A shmattering of rye and subtle spicy notes complimenting its gentle honey sweetness, drawn through a strawberry packed Randall. 4% ABV / 20 IBU Fortside 1) Kanaka Ale Brewing A French/Belgian Saison with tons of fruit and bubble gum notes up Vancouver front and finishes clean with just a bit of spice. 2) Fortside IPA Citrus and pine notes give this flavor packed IPA a refreshing aroma that you can't get enough of. Fremont 1) The Brother Brewing The Brother is inspired by our desire to thank Brothers everywhere. Seattle Without our Brothers, we would have taken the blame for everything as children, wouldn’t have known the inside of an ambulance, and never understood the true fear a good ghost story can cause a young child. This Brother is appropriately big, intimidating, and unbalanced with unrestrained quantities of hops for a head slap of beery ferociousness. This. Is. Summer. 5.2% ABV / 45 IBU 6) Boat Kolsch We use locally grown and malted Copeland Pilsner malt from Skagit Valley Malting Company in this refreshing and quaffable Kolsch. Boat has a rich bready malt character and crisp clean hop presence.
