7 Seas Brewing 1) Blueberry Gose Gig Harbor Our Gose is dry, moderately sour, and extremely refreshing - fermented with Lactobacillus and our house ale strain. Infused with fresh blueberry puree and accented with San Juan Island Sea Salt and a touch of coriander. 4.8% ABV / 7 IBU 2) Summer Pale Ale Like a lazy, chilled out tropical breeze, this finely formed Pale Ale dishes out enticing hop aromas of ripe melon and mango fruit. Gentle malt flavor quickly subsides into a sea of juicy hops for a long and satisfyingly pungent finish. 6.5% ABV / 55 IBU 3) Ballz Deep Double IPA A mash tun packed with Pale Ale Malt, medium crystal malt, and cara-pils malt provide a firm, slightly sweet malt flavor while copious amounts of resiny Yakima Valley hops go berserk on bitterness, flavor and aroma. Truly a Big, Bold, and Balanced double IPA. 8.4% ABV / 84 IBU Aslan Brewing 1) Ginger Rye Ale Bellingham This beer falls into the “specialty” category, but it’s based off an American Pale Ale and inspired by a delicious cocktail called the “Moscow Moose”. The ginger is present, yet subtle as is the rye. The wild card is the use of limes, which shine through on the finish. This is an adventurous beer and a staple of our brewery. 5.4% ABV / 18 IBU 2) FIFA (French India Farmhouse Ale) FIFA, aka French India Farmhouse Ale, is a Farmhouse style IPA brewed specifically for our hometown football club, Bellingham United. This juicy beer initially greets your nose with a spicy array that is blended nicely with pine needles and citrus peels. The palate consists of a heavy dose of white grapefruit, lending a very fun and approachable bitterness. As it washes down, you are left with a nice clean/dry finish that is soft and mellow. This year we have added a brand new hop, Jarrylo, to the mix. 6.2% ABV / 55 IBU 3) Disco Lemonade (Berliner Weisse) This refreshingly sour wheat beer is brewed to style, which dates back to the Middle Ages and is often referred to as "The People’s Champagne." The tartness of this beer will bring out hints of lemon, while the generous amount of wheat will round out the body lending a remarkable similarity to lemonade. In addition, we added some coriander and lemongrass after the boil to give it a floral, fruity twist of spice. Made exclusively with ‘C’ hops and 5 malts, this American Pale will make you want to say, ‘Yes, I would like to put my foot on the rail and blow the foam off some suds!’ 5.5% ABV / 39 IBU 2) Sneak Thief Milk Stout Our Milk Stout holds nothing back. We combine all the necessities, Roasted Barley, Chocolate Malt and Flaked Barley. Afterwards we add a serious dose of lactose (milk sugar) which give this stout it’s silky sweet finish. 5.2% ABV / 28 IBU 3) El Capitán Coffee Brown El Capitán blends two of our favorite things, COFFEE and BEER! The beer is a lightened play on our brown ale and infused with El Capitán whole bean coffee from Bluebeard Coffee Roasters in Tacoma. Based on our P-51 Porter, we add in a healthy dose of tropical wonderment that is the coconut.
