We are thrilled that you are joining us tonight for the Annual EJF Auction! EJF is an entirely student-run organization that funds Penn Law students pursuing public interest work and serving communities whose legal needs may otherwise go unmet. All proceeds from the auction will be given as grants to a group of talented and committed students.

The EJF Auction has become a longstanding tradition at Penn Law. Each year, students, faculty, staff, alumni, and businesses come together and lend their support to this event. Their generosity is truly inspiring.

This night would not be possible without the support of the Penn Law community. Many thanks are owed to the administrators and staff who have gone out of their way to make the auction a success, and to the faculty and students who have given us such fantastic and creative donations and time. We are also grateful to our alumni who continue to be some of our biggest supporters.

Special thanks are in order for Rick D'Avino L'80. Mr. D'Avino has made it his business to encourage Penn Law grads to get involved and is responsible for securing many of our wonderful donations. 1. FOR THE SILENT AUCTION, THERE IS A BID SHEET ON THE TABLE FOR EACH ITEM, WHICH DETAILS THE ITEM, MINIMUM STARTING BID, AND MINIMUM INCREMENT RAISE.

2. THE LISTED MINIMUM BID IS THE LOWEST PRICE THAT WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR AN ITEM.

3. FOR BIDS TO BE ACCEPTED, YOU MUST PRINT THE FOLLOWING LEGIBLY: YOUR NAME, BIDDER NUMBER ASSIGNED TO YOU AT CHECK-IN, AND THE AMOUNT OF YOUR BID.
