Published periodically, the Warning Circular lists the names of entities which have been brought to the attention of the Central Bank of Belize through some form of inquiry or complaint. These entities are purporting to be conducting banking or financial business from or within Belize and are not licensed. They are violating the provisions of the Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1995 and the International Banking Act, Revised Edition 2003.
