Following our meeting on 20 November at which we discussed next steps in the above group of cases, 1can confirm that the UK Government's Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Ministry of Justice (and Minister for Human Rights), Dominic Raab MP, is planning to visit Strasbourg to begin a process of dialogue on the issue raised by this group, as committed to in his statement to the Committee of Ministers at their 1236th meeting in September 2015.

The UK Government commits to keeping the Committee regularly updated as to the progress of this dialogue.

We remain at your disposai should you, or any member of the Committee, have any further questions about this.
