Bear in mind that there may be some places that had more requirement than your place. As our country was a union, it must look like a union from the political aspect also. It could not be looked at from only from the economic viewpoint. Providing road transportation and electricity could not be an economic calculation alone. Benefits cannot be calculated as physical, financial, econom- ics. Requirement of the union needs to be considered political- ly. Requirements of other states and regions need to be resolved too.
