Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) signed an agreement for mobile i-top-up (instant load through SMS) and SMS & Alert banking with City Cell - the first cellular phone providers of the country at the Head Office of City Cell on June 05, 2008. Under this agreement, DBBL will also collect mobile bills from City Cell subscribers through its wide spread network of ATM, POS Terminals and Internet Banking System.
