Bonus share @3.94719 for existing 1 share of Taka 100 each for 2007 were declared in 2008. 50% bonus share i.e. 1 bonus share for existing 2 shares of Taka 100 each is proposed for 2008.

The shares of Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL) are being traded at the Stock Exchanges in Dematerialized form since June 15, 2004 through Central Depository Bangladesh Limited (CDBL) as per directive of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Physical shares, which are not yet dematerialized, can be dematerialized with CDBL through BO account with Depository Participant (DP).
