FixView S.R.L About us Argentinian company created by a group of electronic engineers with experience in aeronautics and defense (R & D). The company is currently composed by a multidisciplinary group of young engineers specialized in Aeronautics, Electronics and Software. Two 250m2 offices in Córdoba area. Cronology - Beginnings • 2008 – Electrical systems and fixed-wing UAVs electrical integration Gyro-stabilized side camera development CLGE Two-axis stabilized camera development for RC helicopter Two-axis stabilized camera development for helicopters • 2010 – (April) The company consolidates as a reference in aerial film services in Argentina • 2010 – (October) First contact with INVAP SE Company Cronology • 2011 – Late 2011 Fixview provides INVAP SE with two FV4AX prototypes to be used as technological demonstrators under the “SADI Project” framework. Cronology - Fixview as INVAP SE provider • 2011 – “SADI Project”, National Security Ministry (Five Axis Gyro-stabilized multisensor turret) Fixview dedicates more than 48,000 hours of engineering to the project. - Mechanical Design. - Integration - Gimbal control and stabilization system design. - Assembly design and aeronautical certification. December 2011 October 2012 July 2013 January 2014 January 2014 November 2014 Cronology - Fixview as INVAP SE provider • 2011 – 2014 Prototype installed in P3 Orion aircraft (Argentine Army) Installation and Aeronautical Certification in BO-105 Eurocopter (Argentine Federal Police) Our Products Gimbal FV5AX-HD250 (five axis Gyro stabilized gimbal) The company invested 16000 hours of engineering with its own capitals to develope the gimbal, assembly, pedestal with OBC, software, militar grade joystick,etc. Daylight sensor with IR removable filter. Gimbal FV5AX-HD250 - Evaluation More than two years of tests, Wind Tunnel test, demonstrations and aerial filming services. Testing and product validation by Army Aviation on Bell UH-1H and Bell 206 aircraft Gimbal FV-HD250 - Commercialization - March 2015. Was awarded the public tender N ° 28/15 of two FV5AX systems for the “Santa Fe Air Patrol”. Our Current Products Gimbal FV-300/400 System - The project: began on August 2015 investing more than 19000 engineering hours. - Development: Gimbal, On Board Computer (OBC), Image Tracking Software, 3G/4G video streaming and data-link, Mount systems, STC, etc. - Sensors: Daylight, IR, Spotter. - System parts composition: 45% ITAR-free imported components, 5% national materials, 30% local highly qualified professional workforce, 20% local qualified workforce. Gimbal FV-300 System - 2017/2018 system installed & STC Certified on Bell 206, Bell 407 and Robinson 66. Our Current Products TON L/M (Torreta de Observación Naval) (Gyro-stabilized Electro-optical Monitoring and Tracking System) Applications: • Patrol and maritime security. • Search and rescue. • Marine exclusion zones control. • Territorial navigable routes. • Fishing activity control and inspection. • Marine and fluvial biomass protection. Our Current Products LAS Large/Small (Low-weight Airborne Searchlight) This gyro-stabilized hyperspot searchlight combines the lightweight with the hi-power LED technology. The compact size, based on LED technology can be installed on any type of helicopters. Invested 3500hs engineering hours. - Development: Turret, Visualization Software, Tracking. - System composition: Daylight sensor, Spotter, Long and Short Laser Rangefinder. Company Capabilities Electronics and Software - Electronic embedded systems design, custom hardware and software. - Software development environment specially configured for the design, implementation and analysis of modular and portable code under MISRA-C code quality standard. Testing and memory analysis implementation tools. FEMM - Optimal control system working with Simulink simulation and modeling tool, MatLab and Finite Element Method Magnetics LabVIEW. System Identification techniques implementation (correlations over 90%). Company Capabilities Mechanic Design and Integration - High precision mechanical components design using certified raw materials. - Full traceability from design, raw materials, manufacturing process through the final integration and testing. - Structural simulation and verification using analysis by finite elements FEA. - We design our own test banks and validation procedures.
