Devon County Council (Various Roads, Bideford, Holsworthy, Northam & Winkleigh) (Waiting & Parking Restrictions) Amendment Order 2017
Devon County Council make the following order under sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 49, 53 & part IV of schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 & of all other enabling powers
1 This order comes into force 15th December 2017 and may be cited as “Devon County Council (Various Roads, Bideford, Holsworthy, Northam & Winkleigh) (Waiting & Parking Restrictions) Amendment Order 2017”
2 The schedules in part 1 are added to Devon County Council (Traffic Regulation & On-Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2017 as amended and the lengths of road in part 2 are revoked from the corresponding schedules of that order
PART 1 RESTRICTIONS BIDEFORD
Schedule 1.001 No Waiting At Any Time
Catshole Lane, Bideford (i) the north-east side from its junction with Clovelly Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 10 metres (ii) the west side from its junction with Clovelly Road in a southerly direction for a distance of 11 metres
Clovelly Road, Bideford the south-east side from a point 11 metres south-west of its junction with Catshole Lane to a point 9 metres north-east of its junction with Catshole Lane
Pitt Lane, Bideford (i) the east side from a point 1 metre north of the southern building line of No.8 New Row for a distance of 46 metres in a southerly direction (ii) the west side from the boundary of Nos. 7/8 Pitt Lane in a southerly direction to its junction with High Street
Schedule 2.016 No Waiting Mon-Sat 8am-6pm
Pitt Lane, Bideford (i) the east side from its junction with Higher Gunstone to a point 45 metres south of the southern building line of No.8 New Row (ii) the east side from a point 10 metres south of its junction with North Road to a point 1 metre north of the southern building line of No.8 New Row (iii) the west side from the boundary of Nos. 7/8 Pitt lane for a distance of 22 metres in a northerly direction
