Dr. Laura Franklin joins the university as Dean of the College of Humanities, Fine Arts and Communication. She has a Doctor of Musical Arts in Percussion Performance from University of North Carolina at Greenboro, Master of Music in Percussion Performance from New Eng- land Conservatory of Music, a Master of Music in Musicology from New England Conservato- ry of Music, and a Bachelor of Music in Percussion Performance from Texas Tech University. Bridget Morrey joins that University Advancement department as the Assistant Director of Alumni Engagement. She has a Master degree in Nonprofit Administration from Uni- versity of Notre Dame – Mendoza College of Business and a Master degree in Music Performance: Flute from University of South Florida.
