The Law School Four members of the faculty are devoting part-time to activities in connection with the war. Professor Frey is serving as a mediator for the National War Labor Board. Professor Eldredge has been commissioned Lieutenant and is Administrative Assistant to the Commandant of the Coast Guard School, which is conducting evening classes in the Law School. Professor Bruton is Chief Price Attorney and Professor Mulder is Chief Rent Attorney in the branch of the Office of Price

Administration. Mr. Amram, an Associate in Law, who has conducted the course in Pennsylvania Practice for twelve years, is now in Washing- ton as Chief of the International Air Transport Division of the Board of Economic Warfare. During the Summer Term the course in Pennsyl- vania Practice was given by Mr. Myer Feldman of the Philadelphia Bar. Two courses relating to the war situation have been added to the cur- riculum. In the Fall Term Professor Bruton will conduct a course in Government Control of Business, with particular attention to problems arising from the war effort. During the Spring Term Professor Chad- bourn will conduct a course in Military Law and Defense Legislation. The Law School has adopted for the period of the war an accelerated program by which the course of study may be completed in two years, divided into six terms, each consisting of fifteen weeks.
