Please, do not wrap donations. - Due to infection control, safety, and the privacy of our patients and families, donors are not allowed to personally distribute gifts directly to patients. - Our primary goal is to ensure that Our Lady of the Lake Children’s patients receive all of the donated gifts. However, on rare occasions, if we receive more than we can use, we will share with other OLOL Children’s Health-area organizations that impact our patients and families. - If the items do not fall within our guidelines or are unsafe/inappropriate for our patients, we reserve the right to politely decline your donation.
