Your school may be able to help you with this step when you collect your results.

Step 3 – Share your results with us – Thursday 12 August from 9.00am-5.00pm Log onto the college application system (see the Admissions section of our website and select Apply) to upload a photograph of your results. Instructions on how to do this are found as an attachment to this guidance.

If you have any issues in logging onto our application site or uploading your results, email [email protected]. We cannot complete Step 4 of the process without having evidence of your results so it’s essential that Step 3 is complete.

Step 4 – Confirming your place and subjects – Friday 13 August from 9.00am-3.00pm You will receive a phone call from a member of the staff team. In the phone call they will confirm: 1. If you would still like a place at EHC. 2. The subjects you would like to study. Changes can be made providing there are still places available on the courses you have picked. 3. They have seen your results and whether you have met the entry requirements for the college and the subjects you have picked. 4. The personal details that we hold are accurate and up to date. 5. Whether you have been successful in securing a place and they will provide you with details of when you are next due into college.

If you do not receive a call by 3pm, contact college immediately to let us know.

What happens if you don’t answer the phone when we call? If possible, we will leave you a message that we are calling to enrol you in college. You do not need to do anything at this stage except wait for the next call.

We will attempt to call you again within one hour. We will leave you a message again where possible.

We will attempt to call you one last time within one hour of the second attempt that was made.

If after the three attempts you do not answer the phone, no further calls will be made.

You will then have until 3.00pm on Friday 13 August to ring the college yourself to secure your place.

Any applicant that fails to complete the above will be automatically declined and their place will be offered to another applicant.

What happens if I’m not available to answer the call on Friday 13 August? You can get somebody to enrol on your behalf. This can be anybody other than another applicant, i.e. somebody else enrolling at EHC cannot enrol on your behalf. If you intend for somebody else to enrol on your behalf, ensure that it is their telephone number that you provide us with on the Microsoft Form in Step 2. Also ensure that they know which courses you want to study and that you have met the requirements for these courses. It’s also a good idea to give them one or two other courses that you’d be prepared to enrol in, just in case your preferred courses are full at the point of your enrolment.

If you have any concerns about meeting any of the steps outlined above, you must email [email protected] to receive further support.
